Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information, keep your account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Do not use JaggaMitra for fraud, unlawful activity, misleading or duplicate listings, harassment, automated abuse or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Seller responsibilities

You must have authority to advertise a property and must provide truthful, current and sufficiently complete information. You must also have permission to use every photo, document and other item you submit.

By submitting listing content, you allow JaggaMitra to store, review, format and display it for operating and promoting the marketplace.

Review and verification

JaggaMitra may approve, reject, limit, correct the visibility of or remove a listing. “Verified” means the listing passed our platform review; it is not government certification or a guarantee of title, ownership, boundaries, condition, price or legal compliance.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must independently inspect the property and verify the seller’s authority, land records, boundaries, restrictions, taxes, price and transaction documents before making a payment or signing an agreement.

Our marketplace role

JaggaMitra provides listing, search, review and inquiry tools. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, JaggaMitra is not a party to a sale, lease, payment or other agreement between users.

We may suspend accounts or remove content when needed to protect users, the service or legal rights.

External services and availability

Third-party maps, videos, websites and services have separate terms. We may update, interrupt or discontinue parts of JaggaMitra and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, JaggaMitra is not responsible for user-provided information, property defects, failed negotiations or losses arising from transactions between users. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
